1. HOW DOES DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach to your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

2. HOW ARE ITEMS PACKED?

We package our products in boxes, which are packed airtight using plastic film. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have successfully delivered our products to our Happy Customers.

3. WHAT IS THE RANGE OF LOCATIONS TO WHICH YOUNG CHEMIST SHIPS THEIR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we are very happy to announce that we do Ship our products all over the world.

4. MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED; NOW HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package after your order is dispatched from the courier partners warehouse. Following are some our trusted courier partners:

5. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

We dispatch the orders within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and Public holidays); so depending on your location, it will get deliver within 5-25 days at your doorstep.

6. ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?

No, you don’t need to pay any shipping charges for all the orders in india. For International orders, you will get shipping charges on checkout page. 

7. ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?

There are other charges like Custom Duties, Service Tax, Anti-dumping duties, VAT, Custom Handling Fees, etc. It solely depends on your location, your country’s custom laws, duties and tax charges. It is beared by the customers only. Young Chemist is not responsible to bear any other charges.
