You can place your order in a few simple steps-

• Step 1: Click the “Add to bag” button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag
• Step 2: Register with young chemist by clicking on the “Account” button on the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on “Sign Up”
• Step 3: You can then click on your shopping bag in the top right corner of the page and use any coupon codes by clicking on “Got a Coupon Code? Apply it here” to receive a discount on your order.
• Step 4: Either you can “Continue shopping” or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps.
• Step 5: Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details. Finally, click on “place order” to go ahead.
• Step 6: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.
• Step 7: Enjoy your Young Chemist order!

Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges. 

Yes, Definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details. 

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag; however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag. 

Yes, you should have an account to place an order at Young Chemist. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can accumulate Wallet Points and obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address/mobile number and a password of your choice, then OTP will be generated based on the details you give during sign up on our platform. It’s that simple!

Our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team:

• When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents.
• The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder

It is a state-of the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on Young Chemist by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is very well Secured and validated by Payment Card Industry compliant Control Code.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Young Chemist. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable.

• You need to be a registered as Young Chemist customer to earn and spend using Wallet points.
• When you click on the “Check out” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Wallet Points or discount codes.
• You can use some or all of them to pay for your order.
• If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

• On this page, you can enter the discount code and the respective discount will be applied to your order
• You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, Young Chemist reserves the right to cancel orders.

• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach to your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging

• You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. 

• We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
• A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.999, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs 999.

Just click on the “My Account” button on the top right hand corner of the page and click on “Register”.

Fill in your name, email address/Phone number and password. 

When signing in you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address/Phone number. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to 'reset your password'.

Visit the “My Orders” tab in your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders. 

Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed by us and will be dispatched shortly.

Shipped: Your order has been dispatched by us and is with the courier company on its way to your address. 

Delivered: Your order has been delivered by us.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Products bought on Young Chemist cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality issues. However, in the case of a damaged/ defective product, you will be eligible to exchange products within 5 days of its delivery.

Young Chemist offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@theyoungchemist.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
• Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
• Step 3: To return the product, Please send your products on: 126, Shivam industrial park, opp. Sarvoday hotel, Changodar, Ahmedabad – 382 213. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@theyoungchemist.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
• Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
• Step 3: To return the product, Please send your products on: 126, Shivam industrial park, opp. Sarvoday hotel, Changodar, Ahmedabad – 382 213. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Young Chemist coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
   

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@theyoungchemist.com or call us on +91 96389 12340.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on support@theyoungchemist.com.

• In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
• Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
  
   

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Young Chemist coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
   

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

If you had redeemed wallet points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
