Cancellation by Site / Customer: 

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will Credit your wallet against any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
 
Return Policy: 

If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition or if the package has been tempered with and damaged before delivery, We recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

To be eligible for a return, your ordered item must be sealed, unused and in same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging with tag and must be returned within 15 days.

To complete your return, We require a purchase invoice/any other proof of purchase.
 

Refunds (if applicable):

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue a credit note for the value that can be redeemed with the next purchase. This credit note cannot be redeemed in cash. You may place an order on our website or connect with us on our email for assistance.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for some reasons not due to our errors.

 

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on info@theyoungchemist.com or call us on +9196389 12340. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 15 days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
